Check your exact pan, furniture unit, flush-pipe alignment, inlet position and available installation space before ordering. The cistern's body depth alone does not establish the complete clearance needed for pipework, fittings and maintenance access.

Your installer should confirm operating pressure, connections and suitable flush settings for the pan. Keep an accessible route to service the inlet and flush valves after installation. A concealed cistern is not a load-bearing WC support frame; wall-hung pans require their own suitable support system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a flush plate included?

No. A compatible pneumatic flush plate is required and sold separately. The linked Premium Pneumatic Flush Plate range lists TR9002 compatibility.

Will it fit my WC furniture?

Check the complete installation requirements with your installer. The listed cistern dimensions are 464mm wide and 135mm deep, but additional room is needed for the installation's connections and access. Do not assume every furniture unit will fit.

What are the flush volumes?

The listed dual-flush settings are 3 litres for a reduced flush and 6 litres for a full flush. Your installer should confirm these suit your WC pan and set up the cistern accordingly.

What water pressure does it require?

The listed working-pressure range is 0.2–10.0 bar. Ask your installer to check your actual supply pressure and the manufacturer's fitting instructions before installation.

How is it accessed for servicing?

The cistern offers top and front access. Your installer must provide a suitable accessible opening in the finished furniture or enclosure.

Is this also called the Roper Rhodes Cascade?

This TR9002 listing is also identified as the Roper Rhodes Cascade. Match the product code and fitting requirements when comparing or replacing an existing cistern.

Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?

Yes.
