Installation & CompatibilityPlan the concealed pipework before the wall is finished and arrange installation by a qualified plumber. Before ordering, check the manufacturer's technical information for spout reach, outlet height, connection sizes, wall depth and required water pressure. Position the outlet to deliver water comfortably into the basin, with sufficient clearance for washing and handle operation.Do not assume compatibility with a gravity-fed, combi or unvented system without checking the required pressure and installation conditions. A suitable basin waste must be ordered separately; a bath waste is not a substitute for a basin waste.Care & CleaningClean gently with a soft cloth and follow Kartell's finish-care instructions. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaning chemicals, and dry the surface after cleaning to help reduce water marks.Frequently Asked QuestionsIs a basin waste included? No. Order a compatible basin waste separately, choosing the correct type for your basin and its overflow arrangement. Can I use this with a countertop basin?Yes, where the basin and installation dimensions are compatible.
