Frequently Asked Questions
Does this pack include a shower valve or shower head?
No. The pack contains the enclosure, tray and waste. Your shower valve, head, pipework and installation materials need to be specified separately.
Which size should I choose?
Choose between the 800mm and 900mm options to suit your available space. Ask your installer to confirm the required dimensions, fitting allowance and waste access before ordering.
How thick is the glass?
The enclosure uses 6mm toughened safety glass with an easy-clean coating. Regular cleaning is still needed to keep the glass looking its best.
Is the waste included?
Yes. A 90mm waste fitting is included with the 45mm low-profile tray.
Can I buy the enclosure without a tray?
Yes. The Classique Easy-Fit two-door quadrant enclosure is also listed separately. Check the enclosure and your chosen tray are compatible before installation.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. You can still place an order, and we will fulfil it when stock becomes available. For an up-to-date lead time, call 01603 381095 or email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
