Frequently Asked Questions
Does this pack include a side panel?
No. A side panel is sold separately. For a corner layout, see the Classique chrome side panel and select the appropriate depth. Confirm compatibility and installation dimensions before ordering.
How do I choose the right size?
The first measurement is the nominal door width, either 1000mm or 1200mm. The second is the tray depth, from 700mm to 900mm. Measure your intended installation carefully and check the required door adjustment and tray fit before ordering. For help, call 01603 381095 or email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
Is the tray flush with the floor?
The tray is 45mm high. A low-profile tray is not automatically a flush-floor installation; the finished height depends on your floor construction, waste position and installation method. Ask your installer to confirm the requirements.
How do I care for the glass?
The easy-clean coating helps simplify maintenance, but regular cleaning is still needed. Follow the supplied care instructions and use suitable non-abrasive cleaning products.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. You can place an order and we will fulfil it as soon as stock is available. Contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095 to confirm the current lead time before ordering.
