Which power rating should I choose?
Choose a rating that your electrical installation and water supply can support. Higher-powered models can heat more water at a comparable temperature rise, but do not upgrade without having a qualified electrician check the circuit, cable and protective devices first.
Can it replace my existing electric shower?
The multi-fit design offers several cable and water entry options. Your installer should still check the existing connections, wall coverage, electrical supply and water pressure before you order.
Does it connect to the hot water supply?
No. The eVolve uses mains cold water and heats it electrically within the unit. It is not a mixer shower or a pumped power shower.
Does the digital display mean it is a smart shower?
No. The display shows the water temperature. This is an electric shower, not an app-controlled digital mixer shower.
What does phased shutdown do?
The shower continues running briefly after switching off to flush residual hot water from the heating element, helping reduce limescale build-up. Allow the shutdown cycle to finish before isolating the electrical supply, following the manufacturer's instructions.
