Frequently Asked Questions
What is a rimless toilet?
A rimless toilet has no traditional inner rim around the bowl. Removing the rim means water flows directly around the entire bowl surface, giving a more thorough flush and making cleaning significantly easier and more hygienic.
Is a cistern included?
No — this listing is for the WC pan and soft-close seat only. A concealed cistern is required for installation and must be purchased separately. See our Concealed Cisterns collection for compatible options.
What coupling options does this WC have?
This pan supports both straight out and straight down soil pipe coupling, with the outlet positioned 105mm from the spigot to the wall.
What is the difference between this and the Cilantro Comfort Height version?
This pan sits at a standard 420mm height. The Cilantro Comfort Height version sits at 460mm, making it easier to sit down and stand up — ideal for taller users, elderly users, or those with mobility restrictions.
Does the seat lift off for cleaning?
Yes — the soft-close seat has a lift-off function, allowing you to remove it completely for thorough cleaning around the hinge area.
What guarantee does this WC carry?
The Cilantro sanitaryware carries a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes — we accept orders even when stock shows as zero. Contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095 if you need a lead time estimate.
