Frequently Asked Questions
Which option should I choose?
Choose Toilet Only if you already have a compatible concealed frame and cistern, confirmed by your installer. Choose Toilet With Frame & Flush Plate if you want the Alba supplied with the listed Geberit Duofix frame and flush plate. Professional installation and the necessary water and electrical connections are still required.
Does the AquaClean Alba need electricity?
Yes. The shower toilet's wash functions require a mains electrical connection. Have a qualified electrician arrange a suitable supply before installation.
Can I adjust the wash?
Yes. You can adjust the wash water temperature and spray pressure, and use the oscillating spray function for personalised comfort.
Can I use it without my phone?
Yes. A remote control is included, so you do not need to use the Geberit Home App for everyday operation.
What does rimless TurboFlush mean?
TurboFlush is Geberit's flushing technology. The rimless bowl has no conventional inner rim, making the bowl easier to reach when cleaning.
Which cleaning and descaling products should I use?
Follow the AquaClean Alba care instructions and use products approved for the relevant surfaces and internal system. Genuine AquaClean cleaning and descaling products are linked below; check their instructions before use.
Can I fit a standard replacement toilet seat?
This shower toilet uses its specified AquaClean seat. Check the correct replacement part with us before ordering rather than assuming a standard WC seat will fit.
What guarantee is included?
Please refer to the supplied Geberit documentation for the applicable guarantee terms, or email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk for help before ordering.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. This non-clearance product can be ordered when stock shows as zero. Please email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk to confirm availability and the current lead time.
