Frequently Asked Questions
Will this seat fit my existing toilet?
This is a child-sized seat from the Geberit Bambini range, not a universal adult toilet seat. Check your WC pan dimensions, fixing points and compatibility before ordering. If you need help, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk with details of your toilet.
Does it have soft-close hinges?
Yes. The soft-close mechanism allows controlled lowering rather than slamming. Adult supervision is still recommended when young children use the toilet.
How is it fitted?
The seat uses bottom-fix hinges. Check that the underside of your toilet's fixing points is accessible before installation.
What are the grips and handle for?
The integrated grips give children somewhere to hold while seated, and the recessed handle makes the seat easier for small hands to lift and lower.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes, this item can be ordered when out of stock. If you need it for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and the expected lead time.
