Installation Information
This is a floor-mounted close-coupled WC with an open-to-wall pan. The open-to-wall design allows more flexibility around the soil-pipe connection than a fully enclosed pan, but you should still check the existing soil outlet, water inlet, available floor space and access route before ordering. Professional installation is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The close-coupled cistern and its fittings are included.
Is the toilet seat included?
Yes. A matching toilet seat and cover are included.
What type of toilet pan is this?
This is an open-to-wall, floor-mounted pan. It has a traditional round bowl and is supplied with a close-coupled cistern.
What does open to wall mean?
An open-to-wall pan leaves the rear of the pan less enclosed than a fully boxed-in design, giving your installer more flexibility around the soil-pipe connection and making the floor area easier to access for cleaning.
