Frequently Asked Questions
Are the seat and cistern included?
Yes. This close coupled toilet includes a push-button dual-flush cistern and a round soft-close seat. The 6/3-litre cistern fittings are supplied loose for fitting during installation.
What are the overall dimensions?
The toilet measures 780mm high, 375mm wide and 640mm deep. Check the projection, outlet position and installation clearances against your bathroom layout.
What is the benefit of a rimless bowl?
The rimless design removes the concealed rim area, making the bowl easier to reach and clean.
What outlet does it have?
It has a P-trap outlet and an open-to-wall pan design. Ask your installer to select the appropriate connection for your soil pipe.
Can it be used with a macerator?
The Milo may be considered alongside the Nuie MWP400 400W four-inlet macerator or Nuie MWP600 600W three-inlet macerator. Have your installer confirm the WC outlet connection, clearance, discharge route and both manufacturers' installation requirements before ordering. These pumps may also fit other suitable toilets; compatibility is not universal.
Which macerator should I choose?
The MWP400 has a 400W rating and four inlets; the MWP600 has a 600W rating and three inlets. Choose using the permitted fixture connections and installation requirements, not wattage or inlet count alone. Macerators are sold separately from this toilet.
What guarantee is included?
The toilet is supplied with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.
