Is this a one-outlet shower?
Yes. It supplies the adjustable handset only. A second fixed head or bath filler is not included; choose a separate two-outlet divert model for those configurations.
Which water-system option do I need?
Choose High Pressure / Combi or Gravity to match your home's supplies. Ask your installer to identify the system before ordering. An immersion heater alone does not establish which version you need.
Does it heat cold water like an electric shower?
No. This shower mixes hot and cold supplies through its SmartValve. It is not an instantaneous electric shower.
Can I use my phone to control it?
Yes, with a suitable Wi-Fi connection and Aqualisa app setup. Connected features include remote start/stop and shower timing, with Alexa and Google Home compatibility through the relevant setup.
Is a wireless remote included?
