Does this include a shower head or handset?
No. This listing is for the shower valve with diverter. The shower head, handset and other outlet fittings are purchased separately.
What water pressure does it need?
The stated minimum operating pressure is 0.5 bar. Ask your installer to confirm that your water system can provide suitable pressure and flow for your chosen outlets.
Can all three outlets run at once?
Three outlets are specified, but simultaneous operation is not confirmed in the supplied product details. Please check the outlet arrangement with us and your installer before purchasing.
Will it fit my existing concealed valve installation?
Do not assume concealed valve bodies are interchangeable. Check the 280 × 95 × 143mm dimensions, 125mm pipe centres and 22mm (3/4 inch BSP) connections with your installer before ordering.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes, this non-clearance product can be ordered when out of stock. For current availability and an estimated lead time, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
