Frequently Asked Questions
Will this seat fit my toilet?
Please check the dimensions (376mm wide × 445mm long) against your toilet pan before ordering. If you're unsure of compatibility, contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk with your toilet model and we'll advise.
What is Secure-Fix technology?
Secure-Fix is Roper Rhodes' hinge locking system that prevents the seat from rotating or shifting during use. It keeps the seat firmly centred on the pan — eliminating the wobble that's common with standard toilet seats.
How do I remove the seat for cleaning?
Press the quick-release button and lift the seat clear of the pan in one action. This gives full access to the area around the hinge fixings for a thorough clean. Reattachment clicks firmly back into place.
Is thermoset better than thermoplastic?
Yes — thermoset is a denser, higher-grade material that is more resistant to scratches, staining, and discolouration than standard thermoplastic, making it a better long-term choice for a busy bathroom.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes — you can still place your order and we will despatch as soon as stock is available. For lead time queries, contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
