Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my order or return the tray?
This tray is made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled and trays cannot be returned for a change of mind once manufacture has begun, usually within 48 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation; the 48-hour period is not a guaranteed cancellation window. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, are not affected.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 5–8 working days from order for UK mainland pallet delivery. Contact us if you need to confirm timing before booking your installer.
What makes the surface anti-slip?
The patented dimple texture is designed to improve grip. The tray has a stated PTV of 48 in wet and soapy conditions, tested by a UKAS laboratory to BS 7976-2:2002. No shower surface eliminates every risk of slipping.
Is a shower waste included?
Yes, a McAlpine ST90CPB-S-70 fast-flow shower waste is included.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. These trays are handmade to order rather than supplied from stock. Please allow 5–8 working days for delivery and contact us if you need to confirm the current lead time.
What if I have restricted access for delivery?
Delivery is by 7.5 tonne lorry. Contact us before ordering about any restrictions so we can discuss options. A £200 failed delivery charge applies if access issues prevent delivery.
What if my tray arrives damaged?
Inspect it on delivery, note concerns on the paperwork before signing and report damage to us within 24 hours. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you deliver outside UK mainland?
Yes, in many cases. Email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk with your postcode for a quote before ordering.
