Most bath fillers require a minimum of 0.2–0.5 bar to operate effectively. The Joy Bath Filler’s 0.1 bar minimum makes it one of the most low-pressure-compatible bath fillers available — ideal for properties where gravity-fed systems, tank-fed supplies, or upper-floor installations result in very low residual pressure at the tap. What is the minimum water pressure required? The Roper Rhodes Joy Bath Filler operates from a minimum of 0.1 bar, making it suitable for gravity-fed systems, combination boilers, and mains pressure supplies — compatible with virtually all UK water systems. How many tap holes does this require? This bath filler requires 2 tap holes in the bath deck or rim. Is a waste included? No — a bath waste is not included. Please add a compatible bath waste separately. For a complete tap and shower package, see the Joy Bundle. What are the dimensions? 228mm wide × 115mm high. What guarantee does this tap come with? Give your countertop basin a clean, coordinated finish with the Roper Rhodes Joy tall basin mixer tap. Its chrome finish and simple single-lever design suit contemporary bathrooms, while the 298mm overall height makes it an option for above-counter and vessel basin installations. Ceramic disc control lets you adjust the flow and temperature with one hand. Designed to operate from a minimum pressure of 0.2 bar, the Joy offers a low-pressure option without sacrificing a modern look. Before ordering, check the tap's outlet height and spout reach against your basin's rim and bowl position. Overall tap height alone does not establish basin clearance. Key Features Tall basin mixer for compatible countertop and vessel basin installations. Chrome finish to coordinate with the Joy collection. 298mm overall height and 48mm width. Single-lever adjustment of water flow and temperature. Ceramic disc cartridge for smooth operation. Minimum operating pressure of 0.2 bar. Single-hole, deck-mounted installation. Compatible with the Roper Rhodes EC03 flow aerator, sold separately. 10-year manufacturer guarantee. A basin waste and the optional EC03 flow aerator are not included. Frequently Asked Questions Will this tap fit my countertop basin? The tall design is intended for above-counter basin installations, but compatibility depends on your basin's dimensions and position. Check the outlet height and spout reach as well as the 298mm overall tap height before ordering. For a standard-height alternative, see the Joy basin mixer. What water pressure does it need? The minimum operating pressure is 0.2 bar. Ask your installer to confirm that the supply at the tap meets its operating requirements. A gravity-fed, combi boiler or mains-pressure system should be assessed by its available pressure rather than system type alone. Is 298mm the spout outlet height? No. The listed 298mm measurement is the overall tap height. Check the technical drawing for the outlet height and reach needed to confirm clearance above your basin rim. What is the EC03 flow aerator? EC03 is a compatible Roper Rhodes basin mixer flow aerator accessory, sold separately. Ask your installer whether it is appropriate for your water pressure and installation. Is a waste included? No. Select a separate basin waste to suit your basin, including whether it has an overflow. A click-clack mechanism does not by itself determine whether you need a slotted or unslotted waste. What guarantee is included? This Joy tall basin mixer carries a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. Can I order if the item shows as out of stock? Yes. This tap can be ordered when out of stock.
