Description
Enjoy the choice of an overhead shower or a flexible handset with the Roper Rhodes Joy Eco dual outlet thermostatic bar shower in chrome. The 225mm overhead head offers generous coverage, while the 115mm three-function handset lets you choose a spray setting for everyday rinsing.
A supplied water-saving regulator helps limit water flow, making this an option for households looking to manage shower water use. Thermostatic control helps maintain your selected temperature, and the exposed bar valve keeps the controls within easy reach.

Installation Considerations
Ask a qualified installer to confirm water pressure, flow, pipe connections and available clearance using the attached technical sheet and manufacturer's installation instructions. The minimum pressure alone does not establish compatibility with every water system.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the water-saving regulator work?
The regulator limits water flow to help reduce consumption. Actual water use and the feel of the spray depend on your water system, selected outlet and shower duration. A specific saving percentage or flow rate is not confirmed here.
What does dual outlet mean?
This system includes a 225mm overhead head and a separate three-function handset. The diverter lets you switch between them.
Can both outlets run at the same time?
The available details describe switching between the outlets. Simultaneous operation is not confirmed, so contact us before ordering if this is essential.
Is it suitable for low-pressure plumbing?
The listed minimum operating pressure is 0.5 bar. Ask your installer to confirm that your system provides suitable pressure and flow.
What is Cool Touch technology?
Cool Touch is designed to reduce heat transfer to the outer bar valve body. It does not eliminate the need to check water temperature or supervise children and vulnerable users.
How does this differ from the standard Joy DC3002?
This DC3009 Eco package includes a water-saving regulator. The standard DC3002 is a separate Joy dual outlet model with a 225mm overhead head. Compare each model's technical requirements before choosing.
What guarantee is included?
Please refer to the Roper Rhodes guarantee documentation supplied with the product. For confirmation of cover, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. You can place an order when this item is out of stock. For current availability and an estimated delivery date, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk before ordering.
How should I care for the finish?
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry after use. Follow the manufacturer's care guidance and avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaning products.
