Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Square D-shape toilet seat?
A Square D-shape seat has the same D-shaped footprint as a standard D seat but with sharper, square-edged styling rather than a rounded profile. This gives a more angular, architectural look that suits contemporary square-edged WC pans and bathroom furniture.
Will this fit my toilet?
The V20 is designed for D-shape WC pans. The overall dimensions are 434mm (length) × 356mm (width). Always check your pan's dimensions and hinge fixing centres before ordering to ensure compatibility. Full details are in the technical drawing in the product images.
What is duroplast?
Duroplast is a high-density thermosetting plastic that is harder, heavier, and more resistant to scratches, stains, and household chemicals than standard thermoplastic seats — making it the premium choice for long-lasting toilet seats.
Is this seat easy to install?
Yes — the V20 uses a standard top-fix fitting system. It can be installed quickly without specialist tools.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes — you can still place an order even if the item shows as out of stock. The seat will be ordered to your requirements and typically takes around 2 extra days to dispatch. For any queries, contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
