Frequently Asked Questions
Will the EuroSpray fit my existing shower hose?
The handset has a standard ½" BSP connection for a matching shower hose. Check the fitting on your hose and your shower manufacturer's handset requirements before ordering.
What is the extra faceplate for?
The additional faceplate has smaller holes to provide an alternative, more concentrated spray feel. Follow the supplied instructions when changing faceplates. It does not increase your water supply pressure; performance depends on your installation.
Is this suitable for a low-pressure shower?
The extra smaller-hole faceplate offers an alternative spray option, but no minimum operating pressure is specified here. Check your shower's requirements before fitting, particularly for low-pressure or electric shower installations. If you need help, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
How do I clean the spray jets?
Gently rub your fingers over the flexible rubber spray plate to help dislodge limescale deposits. Follow the supplied care instructions when cleaning the rest of the handset.
Which finish should I choose?
Chrome coordinates with chrome taps, hoses and shower fittings, while White complements white sanitaryware and lighter bathroom schemes. Select your required finish before adding to your basket.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes, you can still place an order when the item shows as out of stock. It will be dispatched once stock is available. For an availability estimate, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
