Frequently Asked Questions
How much adhesive do I need?
Allow approximately one 290ml cartridge for every three panels. Coverage is a guide and can vary with the substrate and application method. Follow the current Fibo installation instructions for your panel system.
Do I need an adhesive gun?
Yes. An adhesive or sealant gun suitable for the cartridge is required and is not included.
Can I use this alongside mechanical fixings?
Yes, where required by the Fibo installation instructions. Follow the guidance for your substrate and panel system rather than relying on adhesive alone in every situation.
Is panel adhesive the same as waterproof sealant?
No. This product bonds panels in place. Use the specified Fibo sealant for joints and sealing details as directed in the installation instructions.
What should I check before installation?
Check the current Fibo installation and warranty requirements before starting. Use the specified installation products, prepare the substrate as directed and follow the instructions for fixing and sealing your panels.
