Frequently Asked Questions
What does a concealed 2 outlet shower system mean?
The valve body is installed behind the wall and serves two shower outlets. This package includes a fixed overhead head and a separate handset on a riser rail. The diverter lets you select which outlet to use.
Can both shower outlets run at the same time?
The available details describe switching between the overhead shower and handset. Simultaneous operation is not confirmed, so please contact us if this is a requirement.
Is this a bar shower?
No. This is a concealed shower system, not an exposed bar shower. The valve body is recessed into the wall, with the control plate and controls visible.
Does push-button handset mean the valve has push-button controls?
No. Push-button refers to selecting spray settings on the handset. The concealed valve has separate flow and temperature controls.
Is it suitable for my water system?
The listed minimum operating pressure is 1.0 bar. Have a qualified installer confirm that your system provides the required pressure and flow before ordering.
What guarantee is provided?
The listing specifies a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee including the thermostatic cartridge. Manufacturer's terms, exclusions and care requirements apply. Contact us if you need confirmation of cover for a particular component.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. You can order this item when it is out of stock. For current availability and an estimated delivery date, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk before ordering.
How do I care for the finish?
Use a soft, damp cloth and dry after use. Follow the manufacturer's care guidance and avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaning products.
