Frequently Asked Questions
What does the on/off button do?
It stops and restarts the water flow without changing the temperature control setting, useful when pausing your shower to shampoo or apply shower gel. Always check the water temperature when restarting.
Does this include an overhead shower and handset?
Yes. The package includes a 200mm overhead head and a three-function handset with riser rail and hose. The dual function valve lets you switch between the two outlets.
Can both outlets run at once?
The available product details describe switching between the outlets, rather than simultaneous use. Contact us before ordering if running both together is essential.
Is this an exposed or concealed shower?
This is an exposed bar shower: the valve is mounted visibly on the wall. For a recessed valve arrangement, see the Spirit concealed two-outlet system linked below.
How is this different from the Spirit DC3007?
The TR3037 features push-button operation with an on/off button and has a listed minimum pressure of 1.0 bar. The DC3007 uses rotary controls and has a listed minimum pressure of 0.5 bar. Ask your installer which model suits your water system.
What is Cool Touch technology?
Cool Touch is designed to reduce heat transfer to the outer bar valve body. It does not replace careful temperature selection or supervision of children and vulnerable users.
Will it work with my water system?
The listed minimum operating pressure is 1.0 bar. Have a qualified installer confirm suitable pressure and flow before purchase.
What guarantee is included?
The valve and thermostatic cartridge carry a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. Accessories, including the handset, hose, rail and overhead head, carry a 5-year guarantee. Manufacturer's terms and care requirements apply.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. You can place an order when this item is out of stock. For current availability and an estimated delivery date, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk before ordering.
How should I clean the chrome finish?
Use a soft, damp cloth and dry after use. Follow the manufacturer's care instructions and avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaning products.
