Frequently Asked Questions
Will the SuperJet fit my existing shower hose?
The handset has a standard ½" BSP connection for a matching shower hose. Check your hose fitting and your shower manufacturer's handset requirements before ordering.
Can I use it with an electric shower?
Check your electric shower manufacturer's instructions for compatible replacement handsets before fitting. A matching hose connection alone does not confirm system compatibility. If you need help, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
How many spray settings does it have?
The SuperJet offers five selectable spray patterns. Spray performance depends on your shower installation and available water pressure.
How do I clean the spray jets?
Gently rub the flexible silicone jets with your fingers to help dislodge limescale deposits. Follow the supplied care instructions when cleaning the rest of the handset and its finish.
Which finish should I choose?
Chrome coordinates with chrome taps, hoses and shower fittings, while White complements white sanitaryware and lighter bathroom schemes. Select your required finish before adding to your basket.
What guarantee is included?
The SuperJet comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee from Euroshowers. For help with a product issue, contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes, you can still place an order when the item shows as out of stock. It will be dispatched once stock is available. For an availability estimate, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
