Frequently Asked Questions
Does a twin-handle mixer need two tap holes?
No. This is a monobloc mixer: both lever controls are part of one tap body, so it requires a single tap hole.
How does it differ from the single-lever Cohort basin mixer?
This model has separate hot and cold lever controls. The single-lever Cohort mixer uses one lever to adjust flow and temperature. Choose the control style you prefer for everyday use.
Is a basin waste included?
Yes, a click waste is included. Check that the supplied waste is suitable for your basin before installation.
What water pressure does it require?
The stated operating range is 0.5–5 bar. Your installer should check the available pressure and system suitability before fitting, particularly with gravity-fed systems.
Which finishes are available?
Choose Chrome (TCL11), Brushed Brass (TCL1104) or Gunmetal (TCL1105). Select your preferred finish before adding the tap to your basket.
What guarantee is included?
The tap and ceramic disc cartridge are covered by a 10-year Tavistock guarantee.
Who can help me check suitability?
Ask your installer to confirm basin fit and water pressure. For product queries, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk before ordering.
