Installation Considerations
Ask a qualified installer to check water pressure, available flow, pipe connections, wall recess depth and future servicing access before purchase. Plan concealed pipework before finishing the wall. Confirm outlet operation against the manufacturer's instructions rather than assuming both outlets can run simultaneously.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a complete shower set?
No. This listing is for the concealed valve body, trim and controls, together with the listed installation fittings. Shower heads, handsets and outlet accessories must be purchased separately.
What does dual outlet mean?
The valve serves two shower outlets, for example an overhead shower and a handset. It does not refer to handset spray settings.
Can both outlets run at the same time?
Simultaneous operation is not confirmed in the available specifications. If this is essential, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the model's operation, and ask your installer to check the required flow.
Which finish and product code should I choose?
Choose Chrome for SLD1603 or Brushed Brass for SLD1604. Match the selected finish with your separately purchased shower fittings.
What water pressure is required?
The listed minimum operating pressure is 1 bar. Your installer should confirm adequate pressure and flow for your proposed shower configuration.
What guarantee is included?
The listing specifies a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee including the cartridge. Manufacturer terms and exclusions apply.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
