Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will this work with my boiler/water system?
This shower system requires a minimum water pressure of 1.5 bar and is compatible with power showers and combi boilers. It is not suitable for gravity-fed systems below 1.5 bar — if you are unsure, check your system pressure or contact us before ordering.
  • What does the thermostatic valve do?
A thermostatic valve maintains a constant water temperature regardless of pressure fluctuations elsewhere in the system (e.g. a toilet being flushed). The built-in 38°C safety lock prevents the temperature from accidentally being set too high.
  • Can I adjust the rail height?
Yes — the stainless steel rail adjusts between 790mm and 1280mm to suit your shower enclosure.
  • Do I need a plumber to install this?
Yes — we recommend installation by a qualified professional.
  • Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes — this item is ordered in specially for you and will typically be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
