Frequently Asked Questions
Will this seat fit my toilet?
This seat is designed for compatible D-shaped WC pans. Check the pan shape, overall dimensions and fixing-hole centres before ordering. The adjustable hinge centres measure 128mm–172mm.
What does top-fix installation mean?
Top-fix hinges are installed from above the toilet pan, which is useful where access beneath the pan is restricted.
Is the seat soft close?
Yes. The soft-close mechanism lowers the lid and seat gently and quietly to help prevent slamming.
Can the seat be returned after opening?
No. As a hygiene product, the seat is non-returnable once its packaging has been opened. Please check the pan shape and dimensions carefully before opening the packaging.

Yes. Orders can still be placed when stock shows as zero. Lead times may vary, so please contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095 to confirm availability before ordering.
