Frequently Asked Questions
What is AeroTek air-infusion?
AeroTek mixes air into the water stream. Actual spray performance depends on your shower installation and available water pressure; the handset does not increase your water supply pressure.
Will it fit my shower hose?
The TurboJet has a standard ½" BSP connection for a matching shower hose. Check your existing hose fitting and your shower manufacturer's handset requirements before ordering.
Can I use it with an electric shower?
Do not assume that a matching hose connection confirms suitability for an electric shower. Check your shower manufacturer's requirements before replacing its handset. For help choosing, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
What finish options are available?
Choose Chrome with White, SKU 50910, or Chrome, SKU 50920. Select your preferred finish before adding the handset to your basket.
How do I clean the spray jets?
Gently rub the flexible nozzles with your fingers to help dislodge limescale deposits. Follow the supplied care instructions when cleaning the handset and its finish.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes, both finish options can be ordered when out of stock. Your order will be dispatched once stock is available. For an availability estimate before ordering, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
