Frequently Asked Questions
What size should I choose?
As a guide: 30cm rails are typically used beside a WC or at bath entry points; 45cm rails suit bath sides and shower walls; 60cm rails provide more support along a shower or bath run. If you are unsure, contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk and we'll be happy to advise.
Is the 60cm size available in all colours?
The 60cm (24") size is currently available in White only. Chrome and Blue are available in 30cm and 45cm.
What does ‘fluted’ mean?
Fluted refers to the ridged, grooved texture on the surface of the rail. This provides a more secure grip compared to a smooth rail, which is particularly useful in wet shower environments.
Is this suitable as a mobility or accessibility aid?
The grab rail is designed to provide a supportive handhold. For use as a primary mobility or accessibility aid, professional installation into a load-bearing wall or backing board is essential. Please consult a qualified installer before ordering if you are unsure about your wall type.
How does this compare to the stainless steel grab rails?
This fluted ABS rail is a more affordable option and is well suited to general bathroom safety use. For a premium look and feel, the Euroshowers Stainless Steel Straight Grab Rail or WAVE Curved Grab Rail offer a polished stainless steel finish with concealed fixings.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
