Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a shallow and standard bottle trap?

A standard bottle trap has a deeper body to accommodate the water seal. A shallow bottle trap achieves the same 50mm water seal in a more compact housing — making it suitable for installations where there is limited clearance beneath the basin, such as wall-hung basins or fitted vanity units with a high base.
