Frequently Asked Questions
How does the click-release function work?

Will the seat close quietly?
Yes. The soft-close hinges are designed to lower the seat gently and quietly without slamming.
Will this fit any toilet pan?
No toilet seat is universally compatible. Please compare the 356mm width, 423mm height, fixing position and the shape of your toilet pan with the product images before ordering.
What is Secure-Fix technology?
Secure-Fix is the Roper Rhodes fixing system designed to help hold the seat firmly in place and minimise movement during use.
