Installation & Compatibility
Ask your installer to confirm the bath's tap-hole layout, mounting centres, connection sizes, water pressure and suitable handset positioning before ordering. Do not use the listed width as a confirmed tap-centre measurement or assume overall depth equals spout reach. Verify critical fitting dimensions against the manufacturer's technical drawing before drilling or preparing the bath.
Allow access to the plumbing and room to operate the controls. Actual bath-filling and handset performance depend on your water system, available flow and pipework. A handset does not itself confirm thermostatic temperature regulation; your installer should assess the appropriate temperature controls for your installation.
Care & Cleaning
Follow the manufacturer's finish-care instructions. Clean gently with a soft cloth, avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, and dry the surface after cleaning to help reduce water marks.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does this differ from the Anthem bath filler?
This bath shower mixer includes a handset and hose for handheld rinsing alongside filling the bath. The separate Anthem bath filler is the alternative if you only need a bath spout.
Are the handset and hose included?
Yes. Both are included with this bath shower mixer. Check any additional mounting accessories required for your installation before ordering.
Which finishes are available?
Chrome (TAN42), Black (TAN4203), Brushed Brass (TAN4204) and Gunmetal (TAN4205). Select your preferred finish above.
What water pressure does it require?
The listed minimum recommended operating pressure is 0.2 bar. Your installer should confirm pressure and flow suitability for both bath filling and handset use.
Will it fit my bath?
Check the tap-hole layout, mounting centres, connections and spout position with your installer. This deck-mounted format should not be assumed to fit every bath.
What guarantee is included?
The tap carries a 10-year Tavistock guarantee including its ceramic cartridge, subject to manufacturer terms and care requirements. Check the applicable terms for accessories rather than assuming every component has identical cover.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
This non-clearance product can be ordered in subject to supplier availability. If checkout is unavailable or you need a current lead time, contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
