Description
Give your countertop basin the clearance it needs with the Tavistock Anthem Tall Basin Mixer with Click Waste. Its 298mm overall height pairs a raised profile with the rounded body and elongated spout of the Anthem range, helping create a coordinated contemporary washbasin area.
Single-lever operation brings flow and temperature adjustment together in one control, while a ceramic cartridge provides smooth operation. Choose Chrome, Black, Brushed Brass or Gunmetal to complement your bathroom fittings. A click basin waste is included.

Installation & Basin Compatibility
This tall mixer is intended for compatible raised basin installations, with the tap mounted alongside the basin. Before ordering, check the manufacturer's technical drawing for outlet height, spout reach, tap-hole requirements, connection details and worktop clearance. The 298mm measurement is the overall tap height, not the height of the water outlet, and the stated overall depth should not be assumed to be spout reach.
Ask your plumber to confirm the required operating pressure and suitability for your water system. Check that the supplied click waste suits your basin's outlet and overflow arrangement. Position the spout so water falls comfortably into the bowl and allow sufficient space for the lever to operate.
Care & Cleaning
Follow Tavistock's finish-care instructions. Clean gently with a soft cloth, avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, and dry the surface after cleaning to help reduce water marks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a tall basin mixer?
A tall mixer can suit a countertop basin or vessel bowl where a standard-height tap would not provide enough clearance. Always compare the basin dimensions with the tap's outlet height and spout reach before ordering.
Is 298mm the height of the spout outlet?
No. It is the overall tap height. Refer to the manufacturer's technical drawing for the outlet height and other installation dimensions.
Is the click waste included?
Yes. A push-to-open/close click basin waste is supplied. Check its compatibility with your basin and overflow arrangement before fitting.
Which finishes can I choose?
Chrome (TAN52), Black (TAN5203), Brushed Brass (TAN5204) and Gunmetal (TAN5205). Select your preferred finish above.
What water pressure does this tap need?
Have your plumber confirm the manufacturer's minimum and maximum pressure requirements before ordering. System suitability should not be assumed from the tap's height or appearance.
What guarantee is included?
The tap carries a 10-year Tavistock guarantee, including the ceramic cartridge, subject to the manufacturer's terms and installation and care requirements.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. This non-clearance product can be ordered subject to supplier availability. If you need a specific date, contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095 to check availability before ordering.
