Frequently Asked Questions
What does dual function mean?
The system provides a ceiling-mounted fixed head and a separate handset. Use the 2-way diverter to select the outlet you want to use.
Are the handset and hose included?
Yes. The handset, hose and wall outlet with built-in holder are included alongside the ceiling head and concealed controls.
What water pressure does it need?
The stated operating range is 1–5 bar. Ask your installer to check your available pressure and water supply before ordering, particularly for a gravity-fed system.
What installation access is needed?
The concealed valve requires pipework within the wall, and the ceiling head requires a supply routed above the ceiling. Plan access with your plumber before finishing walls and ceilings.
Which finishes can I choose?
Chrome (SCT1619), Brushed Brass (SCT1621) and Gunmetal (SCT1622) are available. Select your preferred finish before adding the system to your basket.
