Installation Considerations
Ask a qualified installer to confirm water pressure, available flow, pipe centres, connections and the supplied shower fittings before purchase. A verified minimum pressure and installation dimensions are not available in the current listing, so do not assume compatibility with your existing pipework. Contact customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk if you need these details before ordering.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does cool touch mean?
The valve is designed to reduce heat at its outer surface during use. It does not replace careful temperature setting, correct installation or supervision where needed.
Is this shower thermostatic?
Yes. Thermostatic control helps maintain the selected shower temperature. Your installer should commission the valve correctly before use.
Does single function mean one handset spray pattern?
Here it refers to a single shower outlet with no diverter. It does not confirm the number of spray settings on the supplied shower fitting.
Does it have a fixed overhead shower?
This is listed as a single outlet system, not a dual outlet overhead-and-handset package. If you require a particular head or rail arrangement, contact us to confirm the supplied components before ordering.
Will it work with my water system?
Compatibility depends on your pressure, flow and pipework. Ask your installer to check the SQT2416 manufacturer's installation requirements rather than assuming it suits every system.
What guarantee is included?
The listing specifies a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. Manufacturer terms and exclusions apply.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes. This non-clearance product can be ordered when stock is unavailable, subject to supplier availability. For a current lead time, email customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk or call 01603 381095.
