What does top-fix installation mean?
Top-fix hinges are installed from above the toilet pan, which is useful where access beneath the pan is restricted.
What is the quick-release function for?
The quick-release mechanism allows the seat to be removed easily for more thorough cleaning around the pan and hinges.
Is the seat soft close?
Yes. The soft-close mechanism lowers the seat and lid gently and quietly to help prevent slamming.
Can the seat be returned after opening?
No. As a hygiene product, the seat is non-returnable once its packaging has been opened. Please check the pan shape and dimensions carefully before opening the packaging.
